Our Process.
1 - Getting to know you, and your space
Our design team take a personalised approach to understand your unique style and needs. We believe that creating spaces that truly reflect your personality and lifestyle requires more than just a brief conversation. That's why our team goes the extra mile by coming to meet you at home to get a first-hand understanding of the space.
By immersing themselves in your environment, our designers can better grasp the layout, lighting, and existing decor, allowing them to craft a design that seamlessly integrates with your home. This personal touch ensures that every aspect of your design is tailored to your individual taste and functional requirements, resulting in a truly customised and stunning space that feels like home from the moment you step into it.
2 - Visiting the Design studio & Showroom
You will then be invited to our design studio and showroom to view the initial designs that have been developed based on the home visit, and your discussions with your designer. We will work with you to fine tune the layout using our state-of-the-art 3D CAD design and visualisation software, and introduce you to our extensive selection of premium materials and fittings.
With our knowledgeable team by your side, you will have the opportunity to hand-pick the elements of your new space that will make it truly yours.
3 - Finalising your design
After refining your design, it's time to make it real. With the design locked in, your designer will then work with our nationwide suppliers and skilled installation team to order your selected materials and fixtures, and schedule in the installation with you.
4 - Installation
Now it’s time for our skilled fitters to bring your vision to life. Our team is known for their professionalism, working diligently to finish the job on time and within budget. They prioritise cleanliness, always leaving the space neat and tidy at the end of each day, so that you can enjoy the transformation with minimal impact on the rest of your home.
